Table Setting
An essential feature for weddings is the provision of private suites for bridal and groom parties. These exclusive spaces are ideal for various occasions, offering a secluded setting that allows for intimate gatherings away from the larger crowd.
Unlimited Venue Walk Throughs
We recognize the difficulty of planning without physical presence, and as such, we offer unlimited venue walkthroughs to ensure you're comfortable and confident in your decision-making process.
Custom Bar
Our custom bar is a specialty of the Chairman’s Retreat, offering a spacious area that can be tailored to your preferences. Additionally, we provide bartenders at a rate of $25 per hour, with an additional hour included in the timeframe to account for a 30-minute setup and a 30-minute cleanup.
The Arch
Our staple Arch provides the perfect customization for your event. Set the tone for the entire event by decorating The Arch to your desire. Whichever theme you choose, beginning with the Arch will make your designing run much smoother as it sets the tone, providing the perfect backdrop.
Catering Kitchenette
Our catering vendors receive high marks for their exceptional amenities. The spacious area allows ample room for plating and serving food, and there's abundant storage space. Additionally, the presence of a sink enables easy cleaning of dishes, while the fridge offers sufficient space to keep food fresh. To top it off, we have a generously sized freezer at our disposal.
On-Site Parking
This not only benefits your budget but also enhances the guest experience by allowing them to park just steps away from the entrance. Our on-site parking guarantees guests the freedom to come and go at their convenience, which is particularly advantageous for guests with young children.
Outdoor Courtyard
Nothing beats an outdoor summertime event. Our outdoor courtyard has the perfect space to host a food truck and set up a round of cornhole. For our wedding people, while your guests are waiting for you to finish with photos, get changed or just sit down and breathe for a second.. they will have this awesome outdoor space with lots of options for activities.
Outdoor Tents
To ensure your event goes as planned, we have tents to make sure you can celebrate rain or shine. We can bring the bar outside and our tall cocktail tables so you can enjoy the fresh smell of rain and watch the river as is flows and fills up.
The Floral Guest Suite
Our floral guest suite is one of two private rooms included with the venue. The floral guest suite is equipped with a shower, restroom, steamer, mini fridge, as well as a full vanity and bar stools to get ready.
The Lion's Den Guest Suite
Our Lion's Den Guest suite is the second of our included private rooms. This dim, speakeasy vibe room is the perfect place to sit back and relax. This room is equipped with a mini fridge, comfortable sofa and extra seating and a Roku TV.
Pet Friendly
Without your canine bestie or fur baby in attendance, your wedding day might feel incomplete. Everyone you love should be there to celebrate your big day (even if they need a special tux tailored for four legs and a tail!). As dog owners ourselves, we couldn't imagine a special day without our furry friends, so we decided to be paw-some and allow the pups!
The Side Patio
Use our side patio to exit your wedding in style with the ever so famous sparkler send off. This space is also perfect for your guests that smoke so they are able to stay close to the building while respecting the guests who don't care for it.
